Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take up to 5 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines shown on our website and product pages, delays may occasionally occur.
Soche is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Subscription Orders
If your order is part of a subscription, subscription orders generally follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time purchases.
Customers may manage, pause, or cancel eligible subscriptions through their customer portal, subject to the terms of the applicable subscription.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional processing time and may be subject to additional shipping fees.
